My name is Tanya, and I’ve been working in commercial digital illustration for over 6 years. During this time, I’ve created illustrations for 14 books, worked at an advertising agency for several years, and now I’m an independent artist collaborating with both large companies and private clients.
I’ve created illustrations for the web, mobile apps, merchandise, books, board games, and charity projects. I’ve followed strict briefs and contributed my own ideas to help build projects from scratch.
I draw inspiration from Japanese culture, classic Disney animation, nature, and music. I love drawing characters with vivid emotions, cute girls, or quick comedic sketches. I embrace stylistic diversity in my work — emotional impact matters most to me, and I seek a unique visual approach for each illustration.
In my free time, I work on personal projects, join art marathons, run a Telegram channel, and just draw. In my *very* free time, I sleep, eat, go to the gym, and binge doramas))
Message me on Telegram if you need stickers, book illustrations, print designs, or any other exciting project!
The website URL echoes my creative alias, Akari Nonaka, which I adopted when committing to art. To me, it’s a talisman: in Japanese, "akari no naka" means "the light inside."
